PreVisor engages in a process of continuous validation and improvement. This involves conducting validation and Business Outcome studies to demonstrate the value of our assessments and optimize their effectiveness.

In a typical validation or Business Outcome study, client organizations provide business metrics relevant to individual performance (such as sales, quality scores, service ratings, tenure, or attendance), and these data are matched to PreVisor assessment data. Validity analyses are then conducted and reports are generated that compare assessment scores to outcome metrics.

The results of the validation research provide data to demonstrate the impact of the assessment solution on key business metrics, and provide additional support for legal defensibility of the assessment. Results are further used to optimize the assessment (for example, fine-tune scoring and enhance content where needed) to ensure that predictive validity is maximized and adverse impact is kept at a minimum. This model of "continuous validation" can be repeated at regular intervals to ensure that the assessment is providing optimal value to our clients.
