Noel Sitzmann is the President and CEO of PreVisor. Since 1997 he has been pursuing a vision to create a company that combines content, science and technology in a unique way that is predictive, valid, and linked to improved business performance. Today PreVisor is the leading provider of technology-enabled tools for use in hiring, promotion, and development decisions configured to meet specific business needs and connected with business results. Mr. Sitzmann has an MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree from Marist College.
Tony Anello
Vice President of Sales
Tony Anello brings to PreVisor over 12 successful years of Sales and Account Management experience within Fortune 500 companies. Joining PreVisor from ePredix, Mr. Anello is responsible for delivering quality service and support across the entire PreVisor client base. In addition, Mr. Anello is responsible for driving new sales efforts and leading strategy for new business development. Prior to joining PreVisor, he held various sales and leadership positions for companies such as West Group, techies.com, and Lexis Nexis. As a Regional Manager for techies.com, Mr. Anello opened over 20 new markets and helped grow the company's revenue significantly. Mr. Anello holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from St. Mary's College.
Kurt Ballard
Senior Vice President of Global Sales - Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Ballard is responsible for direction and leadership of PreVisor’s global marketing, brand management and sales strategy. His more than 24 years of experience with Fortune 500 firms, human capital organizations, and human resources consulting provides a comprehensive and relevant background for his role with PreVisor. Mr. Ballard started his career at General Motors Corporation after receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. He is an active member of Vistage, the world’s largest executive membership organization.
Todd Boney
Senior Vice President - Chief Financial Officer
Todd Boney joined PreVisor in 2005 as CFO with over two decades of experience in finance including over fifteen years experience with money center banks (First Chicago and Citibank) and a regional bank (KeyBank). During that time, Mr. Boney focused on financing leveraged buy-outs for private equity groups as well as rapidly growing companies. In 1999, Mr. Boney joined Magnequench as CFO and was a member of a small management team that transformed the private equity backed company from a single facility company based outside of Indianapolis into a multinational company with operations in Europe, North America, and Asia. The transformation of Magnequench was accomplished in a one-year period through the acquisition of two companies and Mr. Boney was responsible for developing and coordinating the worldwide accounting, finance and tax functions. Mr. Boney holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University.
Nikki Hall
Senior Vice President - Chief Human Resources Officer
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Nikki Hall oversees PreVisor’s Human Resource strategy and operations. Ms. Hall has spent almost two decades in all disciplines of the human resources field, including developing and managing the strategic selection processes of entry-level, technical and management positions in retail, telecommunications, and IT organizations. Ms. Hall first joined PreVisor in April 2000 as Director of Human Resources for Qwiz. During her tenure, Ms. Hall brought many positive changes, producing results in all HR metrics well beyond national averages, resulting in winning the A+ Employer award in Atlanta. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Iowa and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. Ms. Hall is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Kenneth Hedberg
President, Personnel Decisions Research Institutes, Inc.
As President of Personnel Decisions Research Institutes (PDRI), a PreVisor company, Mr. Hedberg consults in strategy formation, organizational effectiveness, leadership assessment & development, and executive coaching. A proven consultant and senior executive with more than twenty-five years experience, Mr. Hedberg has provided advice and leadership in a wide variety of industries and organizational types. Prior to joining PDRI, Mr. Hedberg spent over fourteen years in senior positions at a leading global human resource consulting firm specializing in management and executive assessment and development. His tenure included several years living in Brussels, Belgium, and consulting across Europe and Asia. Mr. Hedberg attended the University of Minnesota, earning bachelor’s degrees in economics and business and a master’s degree in finance with honors.
Caroline Paxman
Senior Vice President of Professional Services - Chief Product Officer
Caroline Paxman has over 15 years of experience in business process consulting, complex software implementations, business development and customer account management and support. Joining PreVisor from ePredix, Ms. Paxman is responsible for all client implementations of PreVisor solutions and for the ongoing development and continuous improvement of PreVisor products and services. Prior to PreVisor, Ms. Paxman worked at Retek Inc., an international software company, where she was Vice President of Worldwide Services and a member of the executive team. In her role at Retek, Ms. Paxman built Retek’s Professional Services team from ground up to over 200 people and $60m in revenue. Ms. Paxman holds bachelor’s degrees in business administration and German.
Mike Russiello
Senior Vice President of Business Development
As SVP of Business Development, Mike Russiello is responsible for managing and guiding all aspects of PreVisor’s international business, alliances, governmental and leadership product efforts. Mr. Russiello first joined PreVisor in 2006 as President and co-founder of Brainbench and was the driving force behind Brainbench's innovation and leadership in the market for online assessment solutions. In addition to his Brainbench leadership, Mr. Russiello serves as the Chairman of the Executive Committee for the States Career Clusters Business, Management, and Administration Working Group; serves on the Advisory Committee for the States Career Clusters Information Technology Working Group; and is on the Executive Advisory Board for CLO Magazine. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and was an officer aboard a nuclear submarine. In addition, Mr. Russiello holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA in finance from the University of Maryland. Prior to founding Brainbench, Mr. Russiello worked as a senior salesperson for EDS's government services division.
Robert Stephens
Senior Vice President of Development - Chief Technology Officer
Robert Stephens began his career at PreVisor in October 2000 as a consultant charged with developing a more robust Internet-based system to deploy Qwiz's established line of competency assessments. Mr. Stephens’ extensive technology experience includes VP of the ASP Business Unit for Magnet Communications, System Architect for BellSouth Cellular, VP of R&D for Strategic Systems Consulting, and Senior Systems Analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Appointed SVP & Chief Technology Officer in 2002, Mr. Stephens is responsible for developing automated tools that enable organizations to manage the employee life cycle, from recruitment and training to workforce development. Mr. Stephens holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Ga. He is an active member of Vistage, an international organization of business executives.
